These Terms & Conditions govern your use of khewraco.com and any quotation, order or export transaction arranged with Khewra & Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations & Pricing

Prices quoted via this website, email or in response to a contact-form inquiry are indicative and subject to confirmation based on current market rates, order volume, packaging specification and shipping terms at the time of order. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document, typically 15–30 days.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and the agreed deposit payment. Standard terms require a deposit prior to production with the balance due before shipping documents are released, unless alternate terms are agreed in writing for established accounts.

3. Product Specifications

Because our products are cut from natural rock, minor variation in colour, veining and shape should be expected and does not constitute a defect unless it falls outside the agreed specification tolerance stated in the order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, quotations are FOB Karachi port. Estimated production and transit times provided are best-faith estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates; they may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, vessel scheduling and weather.

5. Inspection & Claims

Buyers are encouraged to arrange pre-shipment inspection for large orders. Any claim regarding quantity or quality must be raised in writing within 7 days of container arrival at destination port, accompanied by supporting documentation and photographs.

6. Cancellations

Orders cancelled after production has started may be subject to a cancellation charge reflecting materials and labour already committed. Deposits on custom or private-label orders are generally non-refundable once production begins.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, port closures, or government export restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, layout and product photography, is the property of Khewra & Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from an order shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before other remedies are pursued.
